Consult a professional first
Endurance training is physically demanding. Consult your doctor before beginning, particularly if you have any cardiovascular condition, injury, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
Assumption of risk
You participate in training and any activities based on the Services at your own risk. Peak Days is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of the Services or reliance on its recommendations.
Injury & "niggle" guidance
Any injury-prevention or return-to-run guidance is educational and general. It cannot diagnose injuries. For pain that is sharp, severe, or persistent, please see a physiotherapist or doctor.
Nutrition & supplementation
Fueling and supplementation guidance is general and may not suit your individual needs. Consult a registered dietitian or doctor before changing your diet or taking supplements. Competitive athletes are responsible for ensuring any product complies with applicable anti-doping regulations (e.g. WADA); we do not guarantee any product is permitted for competition.
No guarantee of results
Predicted finish times, paces and outcomes are estimates based on models and the data you provide. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
