The coach

A coach that pushes back.

Tell most apps you're injured and they'll happily reschedule your hardest session onto it. Tell Peak Days, and the coach argues for your body first — then makes the change, with a condition attached.

  • Grounded in your actual runs, plan and morning readiness — backed by your own numbers
  • Changes your plan in the chat: move, swap, ease, pause — and your calendar and watch follow instantly
  • Powered by Claude, contained by your data — used only to coach you, never for ads, never sold

The morning read

Should you train today?

Every morning: one verdict, with the reasons shown. Your resting heart rate, heart-rate variability and sleep — each judged against your own normal range, never a global average. If your body disagrees with the plan, the coach offers the swap before you've laced up.

  • Green means go — and it says why
  • No black-box scores; every signal shown against your own baseline
  • If data is missing, it says so

Routes

Trail routes from your door.

Every session comes with terrain-matched route suggestions — the distance you need, the climb the workout asks for, and as much singletrack as your area allows. Pick one and it's on your plan, your calendar and your watch.

  • Trail-first suggestions with honest surface percentages
  • Works worldwide — from your home or a trailhead you'd drive to
  • Import any race course as GPX and train on the real thing

On your wrist

Your plan and route, on your watch.

Peak Days has its own Apple Watch app. Tomorrow's session appears on your wrist by itself — the workout steps, the target zones, and the route on a trail map. A buzz at every change of step. No phone needed on the run, and no setup before it.

  • Today's run and route appear on the watch automatically
  • Step-by-step guidance with heart-rate targets, off-grid trail maps included
  • Finished runs flow straight back into your plan, your insights — and Strava

After the run

After the run, the full picture.

When you finish, you get a short, plain read of the run: was it as easy as planned, why the fourth kilometre was slow, and what it adds to your season. Per-km splits, honest heart-rate zones, and a plan that counts it done — without you touching anything.

  • Your effort rating checked against your actual heart-rate data
  • Every run mapped, split and placed in your bigger picture
  • Planned vs done, week by week — including the honest "under" weeks

The coach, the plan, the morning read and routes-from-your-door work the same whichever row you're on.

Why this exists

"I'm 40, with a family and a busy job. I had a plan in one app, routes in another, recovery in a third — and none of them talked to my watch. So I built the one place that connects it. Focus on the run, not the administration."
